Appointment Help

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Contact us by phone or email to set up an appointment.

Q: What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

A: Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to appointment to cancel and reschedule.

A: M, Tu, W, Th, Fri from 8:00a to 4:00p or by appointment

Cash Only + Medicaid

Q: Can I cover what is not covered by insurance with another form of payment?

A: Payment Options will be discussed at initial consultation.

A: At this time we only accept cash paying and Medicaid customers.

A: Thas a diverse staff to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Q: Will I see the same staff member each time I come in?

A: Typically yes. If you have a preference of staff please feel free to let us know.
